Rachel Stacy, Spa Director, came to San Diego in 2003 after growing up in Los Angeles. She received her Associates Degree from Mira Costa College in 2003. From there continued her education at CSU San Marcos with a goal of obtaining a Bachelors degree in Business. After only a few short months of part time work as a spa receptionist she knew this was her calling. While maintaining an aggressive academic schedule she began full time work at La Costa Resort and Spa as a spa supervisor on track to new found management goals. Realizing her desire for continued growth Rachel left La Costa after 2.5 years to seek advancement in the spa industry.
Rachel launched her career as Spa Director of The Spa at The Sporting Club in March 2006. Rachel is also a Certified Spa Supervisor awarded by the International Spa Association. Since then the Spa has realized some process improvement and is anticipated to see more positive change in the future.
