From Hatha Yoga, which integrates postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation, to Vinyasa Yoga, which synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice, to Ashtanga Yoga (beginners and advanced), a traditional Hatha Yoga practice that generates heat through a vigorous flowing series of asanas (postures) coordinated with enhanced breathing to develop strength and flexibility, there is something that suits your needs.
