We get new members started out right with a complimentary
Personal Fitness Evaluation and a Fitness Equipment Orientation.
The Personal Fitness Evaluation is a 45-minute fitness assessment
using a Microfit Analysis Program, during which you’ll
learn about blood pressure, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular
endurance and body composition. Your personal report will
allow you to document your progress.
During the Fitness Equipment
Orientation, a Personal Trainer will work with you to suggest
a customized fitness program
that incorporates the Personal Fitness Evaluation and your
personal goals and interests.
We also offer resting metabolic
rate testing, cancer screening, hydrostatic body composition
and advanced blood profiles.
