Classes include:

BOSU Fit: A combination of cardiovascular training and strength work performed on the BOSU (a half stability ball mounted on a rubberized surface).

Muscle Bound: A total-body strength workout combined with intervals of rebounding (on a mini trampoline).

Step & Bound: A cardiovascular workout using interval training between the step and the rebounder for a more dynamic session.
