The Spa at The Sporting Club is looking for an experienced and talented Massage Therapist
Duties include:
- Perform consecutive 25/50/80-minute quality massage therapy sessions in a 5 hour shift
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referral and guest pass programs
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas .CPR License not required but a plus.
Requirements:
- At least over 2 years of massage work experience
- Chair massage when needed
- Must possess a California License to practice
- Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
- Must carry liability insurance
- Experience with Reflexology, Deep Tissue and Prenatal a must
- Knowledge of most other modalities
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and sales staff
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours including weekend availability, have strong work ethic and be a team player
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
The Sporting Club is an adult facility - use of the club is reserved for those 18 or over.
